I suppose the โwhyโ is important for not only students but for everybody in general. Thatโs the only way forward! Good piece Minaz. Your students are lucky to have you :)
Being in education, I have been on the other side (passing information and being critical) at the start of my career as an academician in architecture. In short made students life a hell. Time made me realise its perils and soon changed everything; roads, gears and tools... Found joy myself and so were the students more responsive.
I just wish this message reaches more people involved in the teaching - learning process.
What a lovely looking bunch of students you have there Minaz. I think having a teacher like you would bring a smile to anyoneโs face, together with the will to learn.
Interactive learning imparts more joy and can create a treasure of knowledge.
Good piece and pictures๐๐๐

We all evolve with time. Other teachers will learn if we embody it. Joy is contagious.
A thought in the correct direction. May this thought grow so that we foster a happier gen next.
Yes ! Happy gen next - happy future creators, entrepreneurs, healers, leaders - happy planet
"Small acts of kindness, the right balance of discipline and freedom..." indeed
